ATTIC stands for "Alternatives to Traditional Incarceration of Citizens." We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to developing interventions that enable individuals to avoid unnecessary levels of incarceration, enhance community safety and provide a setting that facilitates treatment and the reduction of recidivism. We operate residential and other correctional programs throughout Wisconsin that provide case management, counseling and treatment groups, vocational training and high-risk client monitoring and supervision.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a residential treatment facility. In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client success, maintain a safe and compliant environment, and ensure smooth facility operations.
This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, mission-driven environment and is passionate about supporting individuals in the criminal justice system.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive environment
- Supervise staff scheduling to maintain 24/7 coverage while minimizing overtime
- Monitor client activity, behavior, and compliance with program expectations
- Collaborate with treatment team members to support client progress and interventions
- Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping in required systems
- Maintain facility compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
- Coordinate facility maintenance, supplies, and operational needs
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to staff under the guidance of the Area Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in human services or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience working in a residential, correctional, or similar setting
- Experience supporting or supervising staff in a program environment
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and proof of insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a residential treatment center or halfway house
- Training in Motivational Interviewing or similar approaches
- Knowledge of the criminal justice system and case management practices
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and strength-based approaches
