EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED HEALTHCARE SUPERVISOR!
Attentive Care is a well-established, privately owned and operated home healthcare company servicing the Long Island regions. We are seeking a Field Staff Supervisor to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity, hours are 8:30 - 4:30 Monday-Friday.
Job duties will include, but not be limited to:
- managing field employee schedules and caseload
- handling employee supervision including required disciplinary actions
- providing compliance coordination assistance
- ensuring continued quality of care and customer service
- affiliated administrative and clerical tasks as required
Qualified candidates will be polished, professional and pleasant, with an excellent phone demeanor and communication skills. Must be a highly organized multi-tasker. Knowledge of MS Office products, including Access, is preferred. Knowledge of HHAeXchange is a plus. Prior experience in the home healthcare industry is required.
