Desk Side and Network Support – Hybrid position!
Attentive Care is a locally owned and operated home healthcare company, seeking an experienced technical support person. This position will handle desktop and remote support, networking issues, hardware and software trouble shooting. Additional responsibilities include video editing, monitoring of VOIP phone systems, internal web maintenance, and hardware set up and reconditioning.
Qualified candidates will have prior experience in a similar role. Office 365 and Adobe a MUST. Experience In HHAeXchange, Access, and ADP are a PLUS!
As this is a hybrid position, candidates must be local to the Albany area and available to work from the office 2-3 times per week. This is a full time opportunity, office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
