Qualifications necessary:

- Previous Staffing or Human Resource experience a plus
- 1-2 years in a service role preferred
- Enjoy lots of interaction with people
- Strong customer service skills
- Enjoys meeting daily challenges and opportunity to see tangible results
- Excellent phone skills
- Business professional attitude
- Data entry skills
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Availability to work 7:30a-5p. Monday-Thursday and 7:30a-11-30a on Fridays
Job duties

Staffing Coordinator Tasks- Implement, adjust, and maintain staff schedules.
- Provide customer service and clerical support.
- Maintain cultural awareness when communicating with visitors.
- Develop staff and promote a supportive team environment.
Compensation: $10/hr
