Responsibilities

- Assist with office management duties as needed
- Provide excellent customer support through phone and email communication
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager and Office Coordinator
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
- Utilize computer literacy skills for various office tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a plus
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
