At Attention Arc, we make every media dollar work harder — blending strategy, creativity, and data to move brands forward with purpose. We’re looking for a Senior Media Planner who can connect the dots between client goals, media strategy, and flawless execution.
In this role, you’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from planning through reporting. You’ll translate client objectives into smart, full-funnel media strategies and collaborate across channels — from linear and CTV to digital and social.
What You’ll Do

Lead media planning and execution across multiple channels, grounded in client business goals.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients — earning trust through proactive communication, strategic thinking, and reliable follow-through.

Serve as the go-to resource for client questions, providing clear explanations and thoughtful recommendations.

Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations and POVs that translate media performance into business impact.

Partner with activation, analytics, and creative teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

Anticipate client needs and surface new opportunities that align with their goals.

Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh POVs to clients and internal teams.

Mentor junior teammates and help shape team best practices.
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of media planning or strategy experience across digital and/or traditional channels.

Strong client communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Salary Range
Our estimated range for this role is $70k to $85k
Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role. There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise. Each level has its own compensation range.
