Attention To Detail/CT Truck & Van is a fast-growing automotive accessory business specializing in vehicle accessories, safety equipment, and fleet solutions. We’re seeking a professional Automotive Service Coordinator who will ensure smooth communication with our customers, efficient scheduling of installations, and coordination of vehicle deliveries.
Role Overview
The Automotive Service Coordinator is responsible for managing customer communication (phone and email), writing up service and installation requests, scheduling appointments for our technicians, and coordinating deliveries and pickups. You’ll serve as the primary link between our customers and our team, ensuring every job is accurately scheduled and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct customer calls and emails in a professional manner
- Write up service/installation requests and log them accurately in our systems
- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers and technicians
- Coordinate with our delivery team for vehicle drop-offs and pickups
- Provide timely updates to customers on scheduling, progress, and completion status
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling and CRM/job tracking systems
- Support sales staff by scheduling installations for equipment sold to customers and fleets
- Assist with warranty or follow-up issues, directing them to the proper team member
Qualifications
- Experience as a service writer, customer service representative, or scheduling coordinator (automotive background strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone/email focused)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules at once
- Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and scheduling or CRM software
- Positive, professional demeanor with a strong customer-first mindset
