What You'll Do as a Home Health Aide (HHA)

• Provide personal care and companionship in the home

• Assist with ADLs: dressing, toileting, bathing/grooming, laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep

• Handle light housekeeping/domestic tasks

• Escort/transport clients to medical appointments

• Offer medication reminders

• Monitor and record vital signs & client condition (temperature, respiration, etc.)

• Support exercise and diet guidance as instructed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Opportunities to specialize in pediatric and geriatric care

What We're Looking For

• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others (#1 requirement)

• HHA certification preferred, but not required - training may be covered for eligible candidates

• Language preferences:

  • English

  • Spanish-only

  • Russian-only

  • Creole (with English)

  • Chinese (English preferred)
