Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Caregiver in the Hinesville, Savannah, Brunswick and all surrounding areas. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing daily living support, including assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Additionally, the Caregiver will provide companionship, monitor health status, and communicate any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Basic caregiving skills such as providing personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to provide companionship and effectively communicate with the healthcare team
- Observational skills to monitor health status and report changes accurately
- Ability to handle physical demands of caregiving, such as assisting with mobility and transfers
- Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- First Aid or CPR certification is a plus
