Atteberry Eye Centers is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our growing Topeka team!
Atteberry Eye Centers is a multi-location optometry group that provides full-service optometry to the Topeka, Lawrence and surrounding communities.
This position would be responsible for:
- Warmly greeting patients
- Answering multi-line phones
- Schedule appointments
- Contact Lens sales and ordering
- Communicate effectively with patients
- Verify medical and vision benefits
- Filing insurance claims
Schedule:
- Mondays-Thursdays: 745 am - 5:15 pm
- Fridays: 7:45-4:15
- NO WEEKENDS!
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and prior experience in optometry or ophthalmology is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple task throughout the day
- Excellent computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
