Aerospace CNC Production Supervisor, Close‑Tolerance Machining

• Oversee daily operations of the machining center to meet output and quality targets.
• Plan and adjust workloads to align with production schedules and customer deadlines.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Inspect machinery, tooling, and fixtures to keep performance at its peak.
• Coach and train team members; cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and planning to simplify processes and raise productivity.
• Maintain precise production records and documentation.
• Tackle personnel and production issues with urgency and care.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining education preferred.
• 8 years of CNC machining experience, ideally in milling; we can develop the right candidate into a supervisory role.
• Expert knowledge of machining methods, tooling, and equipment.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings and specifications.
• Analytical problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfort with production-management software and digital tools.
• Availability for overtime up to 55 hours as needed; current workload averages 45–50 hours, with optional Saturday OT (about 5 hours) for hot jobs.
