You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and influence strategic outcomes that expand Attalon’s market presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex customer contracts with significant technical scope and revenue impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop Statements of Work, project schedules, and resource plans.
- Partner with internal managers and functional teams to ensure program success.
- Resolve issues and coordinate support with key suppliers and vendors.
- Drive new business opportunities through customer engagement and follow-on contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline and 9 years of related experience; or Master’s degree with 7 years; or PhD with 4 years.
- Proven experience in program management within aerospace or defense industries.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and business acumen.
- Advanced degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- Experience with ISO 9000/9001 and 14001 standards.
- Familiarity with optical or opto-mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
