We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our _
TEAM (11p-7a)As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our team of healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in providing excellent care to our patients. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.Responsibilities :Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physicianAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providersAssist with physical examinations and perform routine procedures such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and dressing woundsMonitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signsMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner or EpicExperienceValid LPN licenseMinimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Knowledge of dementia care principles and techniquesWe offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career advancement.
