Attain Therapy Services — a therapist-owned and therapist-led company — is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to serve residents at Villas of Holmdel, with optional split coverage available at Sunrise of Shrewsbury.
Our leadership team—including the owner and Chief Clinical Officer—actively treats patients and understands the real-world demands of clinical practice.
This role is designed for clinicians who want to practice ethically, thoughtfully, and without productivity pressure in high-quality senior living communities.

Many of our therapists previously worked in larger contract rehab systems where productivity expectations, point systems, and unit tracking dictated daily schedules.
