What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will:
- Provide direct care and support with daily living and personal care.
- Help individuals build independence and achieve personal goals.
- Support community activities, choices, and meaningful participation.
- Follow individual care, behavioral, and support plans.
- Administer and document medications as required.
- Monitor health, safety, and changes in behavior or condition.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to complete and maintain required training and certifications, including applicable CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, PCM, Behavior Assistant training, and Core Assurances.
