- Support client intake assessments and assist in developing treatment goals under supervision.
- Provide structured, skill-based, and recovery-focused interventions within scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and group reports.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Uphold all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, to protect client confidentiality.
- Certification: Valid CDCA from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board. (required)
- Designation: Qualified Mental Health Specialist III (QMHS III). Attain offers QMHS III certification upon request.
- Experience in mental health, substance use treatment, or related field preferred.
