Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive business and event strategies for designated market segments, conduct in-depth market research and analysis, and provide short and long-term forecasting to drive fiber growth and market penetration. • Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead, mentor, and manage the Fiber Events team, including recruitment, performance management, training, development, and disciplinary actions, while providing overall guidance and leadership on new initiatives. • Stakeholder Coordination and Collaboration: Engage and influence internal and external partners, including BU Leadership and other departments, to execute marketing and sales strategies, ensuring cohesive and effective event and business plan delivery. • Performance Metrics and Evaluation: Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives and events, conducting thorough evaluations and providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for events and marketing initiatives, ensuring financial efficiency, alignment with business objectives, and compliance with relevant regulations, while fostering innovation and maintaining brand integrity.
