Operations Representative

We are growing our operations team in our St. Louis Park, Minnesota office To the general public, our position is advertised as an Operations Representative, but internally we call ourselves Regional Carrier Representatives.

"Simply put, what would I be doing?"

Think of yourself as a liaison and master negotiator. You'd be building relationships, solving problems and keeping track of all the freight that's moving in your assigned region.

"Hmmm…sounds easy Why do customers even need us?"

Ever think about all the things that could impact a shipment delivering on time? (Weather, traffic, engine troubles, pretty much ANYTHING). Our customers don't have time to worry about the logistics of getting their freight picked up and delivered. That's where we come in

Did you know that if trucking stops, within 2-3 days food shortages would escalate and supplies of essentials like bottled water would start to disappear? Talk about a big responsibility

Compensation & Benefits

• Total cash compensation range of this position is $46,000 to $61,000 including a base salary range of $40,000 to $55,000 and first-year training incentive of $6,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
