Responsibilities:
- Install electrical systems supporting fiber optic and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Install and terminate power systems for cabinets, huts, shelters, remote electronics, and network equipment.
- Install conduit, raceways, cable tray, grounding systems, and electrical distribution equipment.
- Perform AC and DC power installations for telecommunications facilities.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, oneline diagrams, and telecommunications construction plans.
- Coordinate electrical work with civil, fiber, and network installation crews.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and startup of electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, customer specifications, and company safety standards.
- Position will be stationed primarily at the Denton manufacturing facility, however, some travel to project sites throughout the region may be required to support the team.
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred (or equivalent experience where applicable).
- Experience in telecommunications, fiber optic, utility, commercial, or industrial electrical construction preferred.
- Working knowledge of NEC requirements and telecommunications power systems.
- Ability to read electrical and telecommunications construction drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass preemployment drug screening and background check.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime when project schedules require.
