- Seek and use necessary parts, supplies, and resources to ensure successful machine repairs.
- Lead maintenance tasks according to best practices.
- Engage in setup and operation of machining processes, including welding contributions.
- Contribute to organized workspaces through adherence to 5S standards.
- Champion continuous improvements (CI) and applaud the resulting cost benefits.
- Chronicle repair activities within the CMMS system.
- Troubleshoot system controls, navigating both physical hardware and software.
- Use predictive maintenance methods to gather critical operational data.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a nurtured environment for growth.
- Constantly evolve by engaging in career-focused learning and training.

Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of high school education or GED.
- Associate's degree with a technical orientation and 3 years of relevant experience, or passage through ATS Technician Progression Program.
- Competence in handling electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems.
- Skillful usage of a broad range of hand and specific tools.
- Open to travel when business obligations require.
