Summary
We are seeking reliable evening custodians to join our team at USD# 377 Atchison County Community Schools. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Buff floors and perform floor care duties as needed.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
