Summary

We are seeking reliable evening custodians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities within , ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of service for our client Arkadelphia School District.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Buff floors and perform floor care duties as needed.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
