ATS Drilling is Hiring – Laborers & Lattice Crane Operators

ATS Drilling is currently hiring multiple positions for Laborers and Lattice Crane Operators.

We are looking to fill several openings immediately, with additional hiring planned over the coming weeks.

Position Details:

• Laborers start at $18/hr.
• Full-time work with overtime opportunities
• Primarily travel-based work (DFW, Oklahoma City, Houston, and Austin areas)
• Typically, 1–2 weeks on the road depending on project location
• Transportation, hotel, and per diem provided

Requirements:

• Must be 18
• Must be legally and physically able to work
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and physical
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and reliability are essential

Work Environment:

This is outdoor construction work in all weather conditions, including heat and physically demanding tasks.
