JOB SUMMARY: |
This role provides overall project management for direct-to-owner energy conservation projects performed by ATS. The Project Manager is responsible for managing project resources, including finances, labor, documentation, and schedules, to ensure successful project delivery. This position interfaces with customers, professional engineers, architects, utility providers, the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services and Commerce, and various subcontractors. The Project Manager oversees functional performance testing and other grant- or contract-required activities and ensures all reporting is completed accurately and on time. The role also serves as the primary customer contact, including pricing discussions and change order negotiations. In addition, the Project Manager supervises subcontractors and suppliers and regularly visits project jobsites to support execution. |
