What are the responsibilities and job description for the Piecework Production Team Member - Full Time position at ATS Acoustics?
ATS Acoustics is a locally-owned manufacturer of acoustic panels in Piper City, Illinois. We are currently on the hunt for dedicated folks to join our growing production team. If you are motivated to keep work flowing quickly, and you like to earn more when you get more done, we want you on our team.
- Earn $18/hr during training, then get paid per piece.
- After one year training, dedicated team members earn up to $25.50/hr.
- Hiring bonus after 30 days.
- Work 8am to 4:45pm Mon-Fri. No nights or weekends.
- Paid holidays, paid sick time, and paid vacation starting day 1.
- Health Reimbursement Arrangement available after 30 days.
- Retirement plan with employer match available.
- Previous experience not required.
