Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Alarm Technician located in Springfield, MO. The Alarm Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of alarm and life safety systems. Daily tasks include working with low voltage systems, ensuring proper operation of security and safety equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety guidelines are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with Low Voltage Engineering and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Proficiency in installing and maintaining Alarm Systems and Life Safety systems.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Relevant technical certifications or prior experience in security systems is a plus.
