Our client, a leader in their industry, in seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis to cover a leave of absence. This is a full time, 40hrs work week role, and is fully onsite.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$27/hr
Position Overview:
The Onboarding Coordinator will process new hire I-9’s, assist with work authorizations, update files for expiring visas, and conduct audits as needed. This Onboarding Coordinator is a Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm position.
Responsibilities of the Onboarding Coordinator:
- Audit I-9s for current and new employees
- Assist with work authorizations, follow up on expiring visas, and connect with the hiring managers regarding candidate statuses
- Work closely with the team of onboarding coordinators to ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications for the Onboarding Coordinator:
- Must have 2 yrs of onboarding experience
- Must have experience processing complex I-9s, such as with expiring work authorizations and visas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR is preferred
