Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in working with the Director of Wellness.
Duties
- Scheduling appointments for Residents
- Maintain and enter doctor orders and lab orders. .
- DME
- Maintaining all residents files for state inspection .
- Collaborate with other health professionals to address behavioral health concerns as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and program effectiveness.
- Promote wellness initiatives within the health club environment to enhance community participation.
Requirements
- Experience in long term care facility
- Strong knowledge of DME's and RASPS .
- Familiarity with PCC and Tabula Pro
- Computer and excel knowledge
- Understanding of doctor orders and labs
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- A passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and supporting others in achieving their wellness goals.
