The Role
We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to support the operations and creative teams at Atrium as we continue to grow. This role is critical to ensuring that artist registrations, rights management, and internal documentation are accurate, organized, and up-to-date. You’ll play a key part in making sure our catalog and artist data are maintained with precision, allowing the creative and business teams to focus on delivering music and opportunities that matter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
· Managing new registrations with Performing Rights Organizations (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, etc.)
· Checking and verifying the accuracy of all registrations
· Handling administration and Help audit royalty statements to ensure accurate royalty payments
· Maintaining and organizing internal documentation and data
· Managing CRM data, keeping records current and complete
· Supporting internal teams with data, reporting, and organizational processes as needed
Who You Are
· Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent accuracy in handling data
· Familiar with music rights administration and/or publishing processes
· Comfortable working with databases, CRM systems and digital documentation
· Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
· Proactive and dependable

What Success Looks Like
First 45 Days
· Strong understanding of Atrium’s registration processes, databases and artist catalogs
· Efficiently managing PRO registrations, admin claims and internal documentation
· Familiarity with CRM systems and data inputting
· Clear organizational workflow for artist administration and data logging
First 90 Days
· Consistently accurate and timely registration for all new and existing artists
· Smooth, organized management of all internal artist documentation and systems
· Active contribution to improved processes for administration and artist onboarding
