Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among the healthcare team, facilitating information sharing throughout the continuum of care. Active participation in our professional practice model and shared governance initiatives will promote teamwork, leadership, and clinical excellence. Professional Growth and Accountability: Function effectively in a professional setting by actively participating in peer review, professional development, and adherence to care standards.
