JOB SUMMARY:
Meets a variety of guest-related information needs for the Guest Services Center, promoting a professional and positive image of the Information Services Program and Medical Center.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED equivalent with three years of work experience.
University level courses taken in communications, psychology, or a related area preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making ability Basic computer skills Knowledge of the Medical Center layout and services offered
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Clean, comfortable, well-lit environment

- Provides directions for visitors to the Medical Center.
- Provides information relative to Medical Center policies and procedures.
- Uses the computer system to obtain requested information.
- Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
