- Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to ICU patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Current RN license in Georgia.
- BLS
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
