As a Clinical Lead, you will provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to subordinate staff, guiding them in organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities for patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines and departments to provide a continuum of care to patients.
- Participate in daily rounds with the interdisciplinary team to assist with planning for the next level of care.
- Assist in financial planning and control, nursing standards, and quality assurance for assigned areas.
Requirements
- Current RN license with the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
- Six (6) months clinical nurse experience.
