Dr. Salha and the team at Atrium Dental Studio are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our modern, patient-centered practice. We're conveniently located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, walkable to great restaurants and shops, with ample street parking nearby.
$5000 signing bonus
Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments
- Take digital radiographs
- Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
- Assist in identifying and communicating patient treatment needs
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate with the doctor and team members to ensure an excellent patient experience
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work efficiently while providing exceptional care
- Experience with digital charting and radiography preferred
- Oryx software knowledge is preferred, but not required.
