- Full Time: 1st Shift
- MUST be a Certified STNA

As a Transport Driver/CNA, you’ll help residents safely access care while providing hands-on support and compassion every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and/or provide transportation for residents to and from appointments
- Assist residents safely during transport and appointments
- Drive center van (similar in size to a minivan)
- Transport a maximum of two patients at a time
- Split duties 50/50 between floor CNA responsibilities and transport driving
- Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
- Maintain and respond to resident medical record requests
- Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols
- Complete required documentation, including vitals
- Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
- Completed STNA course and active state license
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Medical Records experience in a long-term care setting (preferred)
- ART certification (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Positive, can-do attitude and excellent attendance
