What You’ll Do
- Provide direct care and complete resident assessments
- Administer medications and perform clinical treatments based on care needs
- Lead, supervise, and support nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
- Active RN or LPN license
- Ability to administer medications and IV certification
- Knowledge of state rules and regulations
- Excellent attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude
- A passion for enhancing the lives of residents
