Position Details
- Location: Allendale, MI
- Full-Time: 2nd Shift
- Part-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift
- Shifts: 8 hour Shifts
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
- Complete documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Active RN or LPN license (Michigan)
- Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work as part of a team—not carry the whole shift alone
- Reliable, professional, and resident-focused mindset
- RN: Up to $5,000 (Full-Time), $2,500 (Part-Time)
- LPN: Up to $4,000 (Full-Time), $2,000 (Part-Time) (paid in installments)
