- Hourly Pay $3.40/hour HERO Pay

What You’ll Do
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on individual resident needs
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations
- Follow all state rules, regulations, and infection control standards
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice
- Medication Administration and IV certification (as applicable)
- Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused approach to care
