What You’ll Do
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role)
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards
- Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment
- Active RN License
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations
- A passion for resident care and clinical excellence
