What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and ensure timely completion of MDS documentation
- Oversee utilization of CAAs and development of accurate care plans
- Schedule and manage completion of RAI assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Monitor and manage Case Mix results to support appropriate reimbursement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1 year of long-term care experience
- MDS Coordinator experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of MDS, RAI process, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, dependable, and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent attendance and professionalism
