- Part Time: 2nd & 3rd Shifts
- Pay: $32/hour $10/hour Shift Differential for 2nd/3rd Shifts
- 8-Hour Shifts | 74-Bed Facility
- Located in Tomah, WI

What You’ll Do
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments as required
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
- Active LPN license
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Knowledge of state rules and regulations
