What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate Housekeeping team members and schedules
- Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas
- Clean and maintain other interior and exterior areas of the center
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members
- Support a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support the overall resident experience
- Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to relate positively and favorably to residents and families
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Excellent attendance and reliability
