What You’ll Do
- Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications under the direction of the Dietary Supervisor
- Assist with dietary aide duties as needed
- Follow all facility dietary procedures and sanitary regulations
- Support a clean, organized, and resident-focused kitchen environment
- At least 1 year of cooking experience for a sizable group (long-term care or institutional setting preferred)
- Ability to quantify recipes to meet facility needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn
- Positive, can-do attitude and excellent attendance
