Job Description For RN/ LPN
- 1st Shift - 8 Hour Shifts
- Every Other Weekend ONLY!!!
- 87 Bed Facility
- RN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
- RN will Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
- A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification
- Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
- Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
