What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement effective referral marketing plans to support census growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Conduct sales calls to identify new and potential referral opportunities
- Deliver presentations both within the facility and throughout the community
- Meet and exceed census goals while aligning with facility and organizational marketing strategies
- Manage referral relationships with an emphasis on payer mix and market trends
- Maintain active knowledge of competitors, market dynamics, and acuity trends
- Identify partnership opportunities with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Coordinate and deliver in-services to support business development initiatives
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of facility services, programs, and offerings
- Identify unmet community needs and support new program or service development
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing
- Experience supporting multiple sites preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, relationship-driven approach to sales and outreach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership teams
- Positive, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset
