- Full Time: 2nd Shift
- Part Time: 2nd Shift
- Every Other Weekend Only: 2nd Shift
- 8-Hour Shifts
- Additional Pay:
- $1.50/hour Shift Differential for 2nd Shift
- $3.40/hour HERO Pay (in addition to base hourly rate)

What You’ll Do
- Provide resident care according to approved care plans
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
- Follow and practice infection control procedures
- Complete required documentation, including vitals
- Report any violations of residents’ rights immediately
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- Completion of a CNA/STNA course and state certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Service-minded approach and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude with reliable attendance
