- Shift & Weekend Differentials Extra $3.35 / Hour HERO Pay
- Agency-Free 64-Bed Facility
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus (Full Time)

What You’ll Do
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
- Supervise and evaluate nursing assistants
- Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-focused environment
- Current RN or LPN License
- Ability to administer medication; IV certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations
- Positive, can-do attitude with excellent attendance
- Passion for improving the lives of residents
