What You’ll Do
Coordinate and provide resident-focused care based on individual care needs
Carry out medication administration and nursing treatments as prescribed
Assist with leadership and direction of CNA and caregiver team members
Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies
Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents
What You Bring
Active RN or LPN license in good standing
Certified and experienced in medication administration and IV services
Working knowledge of state regulations governing long-term care
Dependable, team-oriented professional with consistent attendance
Dedication to providing exceptional care and enriching residents' daily lives
