What You’ll DoProvide resident care according to individualized care plans
Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety
Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe, clean environment
Record vitals and comply with documentation policies
Report any concerns or violations of residents’ rights immediately
Completed CNA/STNA course and active state certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Service-minded attitude with a willingness to learn
Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset
