8-Hour Shifts (More Predictable Scheduling)
$3.40/hour HERO Pay
39-Bed Facility (Smaller, Team-Focused Environment)
What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans
Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety
Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment
Take and document vitals and required charting
Report any concerns or violations of residents’ rights immediately
What You Bring
Active CNA/STNA certification (required)
Strong communication skills
A service-minded attitude and willingness to learn
Dependability and a positive, team-focused mindset
